Strawberry Butter

1 stick soft butter
Handful cleaned and sliced fresh strawberries

Place in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate.

Cranberry Butter

1 stick softened butter
Handful crushed cranberries

Place in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate.

Orange Butter

1 stick  softened butter
3 Tbs. orange juice
¼ tsp grated fresh orange peal

Italian Butter

1 stick softened butter
¼ tsp. each: marjoram, tarragon, mustard and rosemary

Cheesy Butter

1 stick softened butter
A small amount (to taste) of your favorite cheese

Spread between hot slices of French bread and allow cheese to melt.

Lavender Butter Recipe
1 stick of butter (8T) - Room temperature
1 tsp culinary lavender


In a food processor, cut the lavender into the butter until it is fully.
Wrap the lavender butter in wax paper and store in the fridge.
Leave it the fridge at least overnight to give the flavor more time to absorb into the butter.
